Did not receive my birth certificate, I’m pissed!

Played for my Birth Certificate! No answer, no phone, no website to let me follow up with my order! I tried emailing them back! I have my receipt from bank! I'm filing fraudulent transaction on this company! User's recommendation: It's a SCAM!!!
