Purchased on April 10 2020. Went to doordash was redirected to Benihana.com got my purchase order was told 45 min. To pick up. When I got there there was another lady one of 30 pp unmasked and when I found a rep he said I would have to wait in this line to get the order. I waited outside for an hour the line never went down. I called and called no one picked up. Why wasn’t curbside pickup offered? How can you accept orders then never follow up? User's recommendation: Don’t do it.
