Did not receive item ordered.
On November 22, 2018, I ordered a lighted night stand with charger, on November 23 my credit card was charged the $169.00USD. I was advised that the item was shipped from China and given a tracking code. The item never arrived! Repeated attempts with the shipping company for more information always resulted in the tracking advice. The Post Office has absolutely no record of a parcel being directed to my address. How do I get the $169.00 returned?
