did not receive full refund for my purchase from plush rugs

I ordered (1) Kaleen - Helena -3206 4x6 rug for $314.40 on Aug 28, 2017. ORDER # [protected] The rug did not work for me and, on Sept 7, I returned it UPS in it's original packaging (no damage or wear and tear). Today is 10/17 and I have not received credit for the return. I called Houzz and the representative was helpful. She contacted Plush Rugs and they told her that I would only be receiving a $270 refund! So I lost $100 on this order between the return shipping fees ($50) and the extra $40 that won't be refunded by the rug company. I won't be ordering through Houzz again!
