I have not received my certificates which were posted to my credit card on 11/27/20, order #16039****. I sent an email &;; I am waiting for a response. Evidently they were lost in the mail. Thank you, Betty Freier, 8 Chapman Ln, Little Rock Arkansas, 72siwy211
