Did not receive a report I paid for

Did not receive report. Paid $23.00 for a report concerning a personal friend I need to contact, I have paid the fees involved and so far I have not received any report or any communication from Intellus. I have written three letters inquiring about my report, but thus far I have received no answer. I sent a letter to Intellus asking about the report. There has been no answer from Intellus thus far. I followed that with two more letters asking the location and disposition of my repoort. I have not received from Intellus to date. w User's recommendation: Avoid using this coppmpany.
