Did not receive $20.00 rebate for Sonicare toothbrush. Contacted many times!

I purchased a Sonicare toothbrush through my dentist because they said I would get $20.00 rebate. Never received rebate after 5 phone calls, and sent email through pissed customer at Phillips Company. I would not have purchased if I knew I would not receive rebate.
