Did not order this

My mother has stage 4 lung cancer and her husband just died. Then today in the mail she gets a package from your company. She never ordered this and I will be at the bank in the morning. If you have taken my mom's money from her account then the money should be returned to her account. SHE DID NOT ORDER THIS AND HER MONEY BETTER BE RETURNED. I will be contacting the bank and her lawyer on Monday. User's recommendation: Be careful of this site.
