I went to 2 different locations and told them that my front right tire was shaking, and I smelled a burning smell coming from that area. The first location said it was probably that I needed new tires, so I bought new tires and got them aligned at that location, and the smell was probably just oil leaking. The also said my rotars on my brakes were probably warped from getting too hot. I got back in my car and drove home and the problem was not fixed. It got to a point that Ithought my tire was flat on the highway because my car was pretty much "limping", which is what it was doing before i bougjt the new tires. I took it to another location and told them what was going on and they looked at my car and said that one of my axels &both outer tie rods needed replaced, so I trusted that doing this would fix my problem. I got back in my car after waiting all day for them to replace the parts only to find that the problem was anything but better. I took my car to a mechanic I know personally andask him to drive the car and after 2 minutes of driving and pouring water over the tire(the water literally boiled on contact) he tells me my front right brakes were locked up. Even me not knowing anything about cars could see that that was the most obvious problem after it was explained, how could 2 car shops completely miss something like that? Don't forget that I complained about the smell from that area and the resistance which probably is causing the limping feeling. I can't help but think they did not take my concerns seriously and now I cant afford to get the real problem fixeded because I spent my entire paycheck on something that probably could have waited.
