When the furnace had to be replaced in the home we were buying on the recommendation of our realtor we went with Rudd Heating And Plumbing 1365 S Zeno Way Aurora, CO 80017-****; Mr. Daniel Rudd, Owner. We had AC installed at the same time. The electrical for the AC was not ran very nice on the outside & there was a LARGE hole for the pipes in the wall. I told Mr. Rudd that I would like the electrical moved to a less conspicuous position and the hole covered and the unit to sit on a pad. He said since isn't warranty he would need $150.00 to get the supplies and do the half days work. So I mailed him the money. YES I know I messed up, but he was a friend of my Realtor so didn't think there would be a problem. He came and installed the pad and left the plastic pipe to move the electrical and did nothing more. *He does not return my calls, my Realtors calls or respond to the BBB. The man is a thief Do not use him. He is sloppy and inconsiderate
