I sent a pair of Challis Tortoise sunglasses to Smith for warranty, and it was declined because the earpiece was not covered. They offered me a 30% discount on a new pair. I declined since they do not honor their warranty. Costa has a 100% warranty and honors it from my experience. I do not recommend buying Smith products. Products Smith sunglaases. User's recommendation: Do not buy Smith products because the do not honor their warranty.
