Did not honor return policy for defective item

Update by user Aug 12, 2012 The owners of Game Players Unlimited returned my $7.34. Original review posted by user Jul 12, 2012 I bought a used psp system for my son from Game Players Unlimited. When we got home we noticed the screen was extremely scratched up. When we tried to exchange it 2 days later for another one, they made us pay additional money for a "restock" and "rental fee" in order to exchange it for an acceptable psp. The customer service rep who waited on us did not show us the system prior to putting it into the bag and tried to blame the plastic bag for all the scratches when there was a sticker covering the entire screen. These were very old scratches and they were everywhere on the screen. They were very unprofessional and do not care about the customer.
