Did Not Honor Phone Warranty and Customer Service Now Terrible

After ten years as a loyal customer the company reneged on a phone warranty promise. The bottom line has no become their primary concern, not the customer. This runs contrary to their advertised liberal, people-oriented philosophy. Customer service is now incredibly slow. It takes 35 to 45 minutes to get a rep on the phone because they are understaffed. Again--this is a money decision which negatively affects Credo service. I have lost all confidence in this company. They no longer walk the walk. Subscribe to their service at your own risk.
