Did not get the order and it shows it has been delivered.

Order no w3xm-pzza . I ordered the food this afternoon and it shows on my emailed it has been delivered but I got nothing. We have three people waiting for the food at home. As soon as I found out fro. My email, I contact your office and that guys could not even found the rider after we waited for 25 mins. If you have problem deliver the food, why you told us, it was delivered. I have been your customer. That is not the way to do business. You charged me for my food and did not deliver but show you email that you did. Wow, that is bad. What is even worse is you cannot even locate your rider. Took it and run. Now I have to trust you to refund my $479 in 48 hours to my credit card??? Please advise asap. My email address is pamelachang99@***.com
