Did not get my products for which I paid for

At the beginning of June, I contacted my regular consultant and ordered 2 products. I then sent her the money ($49.13) which I e-transferred to her new email address (on June 5). I sent her lots of messages on messenger, starting June 15 to ask her when would I be receiving my order. 2 weeks later, I emailed her and tried to call her on the phone number listed on her Mary Kay page, which is out of service. She never answered my messages. I now want my money back.
