Did not get 2 mops from television ad, did not get upgrade and did not get mop in 2 weeks

They owe me a mop, upgrade and 10 dollars for promise of 2 week delivery. I paid 1 st payment and I will call credit not to pay 2nd and 3rd payments. User's recommendation: The mop works good. Cleaned floors,stove and counters.
