Did not fix my phone

I sent them my phone because I needed to fix the broken screen. So I paid for the repair service and few weeks later they contacted me and told that my screen was fixed and my phone was on its way. When I received the phone I was shocked because the screen was still broken, so they actually took my money and did absolutely nothing! Contacted MyTrendyPhone again and demanded my money back. They refused and said that the screen was probably smashed during the shipment and that it was not their fault! Before sending the phone I made a picture, so when I received it back I compared it with the photo and it was the same damage! They never did anything and all the time lied to me!
