The flowers delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. I sent a photo of what was delivered compared to photo of what I ordered. Basically I was told the value was the same and i did not have a complaint. The flowers were pretty, but it is deceiving to let customers think they have a choice in what is being delivered. I will not use Telefleurs again.
