i order my product on 6 aug 2012, still did not got it.on the day i order i call them and ask them by which courier they will send me product they said DTDC and i said that good coz we are having DTDC in our city. after 1 week i called them again and asked for tracking number they put me on hold for 1 mint. and after then they told me tracking number is not generated but your product will be delivered to you by weekend. after 2weeks i called them and they told me same story again. on 3rd week today i called them and they told me that product is returned back to them bcoz of no service . see how they are making us fool, which courier company accept parcel without checking service in area ? and 2nd thing is from then begning of my order they were saying it was shipped with DTDC and today they told me it was shipped with some local delhi courier . what is this, clearly they are making all consumers fool. i ask them to refund full money back they said it will again took a week or so. i wil wait for another week it not get my money back, i will appeal in consumer court against them. i will suggest all consumer don't buy from www.babyoye.com, i have attached a proof of my purchase
