Did not deliver item, no customer service response

On the 30th May I ordered a set of drawers from Allure. The logistics company who Allure use contacted me with a delivery date, for which I took a day off work, but failed to deliver the item. When contacting Allure to chase the delivery I was assured that they would find out the issue and would call me back. No call came. I chased later that day, speaking to a different staff member, again was assured I would be contacted to resolve the issue. Again no call came back. I found the number for the logistics company and called them to see where the delivery was - the driver had decided not to deliver my item because he didn't have an address for delivery - despite both billing and delivery address confirmed in an email order confirmation from Allure. The logistics company, when pressed said they couldn't book me in for another delivery any time in the next two or three weeks - basically they didn't give me another booking date. So left with the option of not receiving the item or getting a refund I've opted for a refund. Allure yet to respond.
