As part of an agreed upon contract, Adolf Heating and Cooling, an HVAC contractor in Weld County, Colorado, was to include the installation of a whole-house steam humidifier. The humidifier was back-ordered and was to be installed after the A/C and Furnace installations. I received confirmation from Mr. Adolf that he had the Humidifier in his possession, but he would never commit to a date to install the unit. Since I live a distance from his business, I agreed to meet him at his business location to pick up the humidifier and he would not commit to that either. After numerous un-returned calls and lies, I had an attorney prepare a demand letter with these options as well as contacted the BBB. Mr. Adolf has not responded to either. Although Mr. Adolf is a capable mechanic, he is an unscrupulous businessperson, unreliable and not to be trusted. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES!
