Did not cancel subscription and continuing to try to charge

I canceled my subscription in July 2019 when I moved from my residence at that time. I again canceled in September 2019 when I continued to be charged. Finally, I called again in February 2020. Keep in mind that I had not received any product since July 2019, however, they were continuing to charge me. In February, I received the refunds for the February 2020 charge, the January 2020 charge and the December 2019 charge. Due to some confusion, I was over refunded and then rebilled. However, the customer service and corporate customer service personnel were so poor that they cannot complete the math nor are they actually doing anything. Not only have they been rude on the phone, but they continue to be condescending. I'm ready for a class action lawsuit as I see the numbers of complaints. This is not the first rodeo for Guthy Renker whereby they don't cancel subscriptions and they overbill. I have all of my documentation including the documentation of the calls and now the e-mails. I intend to contact a lawyer as I'm tired of this. They get zero stars in my book, so I cannot give them ratings below. User's recommendation: Don't buy Meaningful Beauty or any of the products from Guthy Renker including Wen, Proactiv, Crepe Erase, Perricone MD.
