I ordered a years supply of heart guard but called back in 5 minutes and canceled order. I never received a confirmation email nor an email showing i canceled.. called back monday and after a 30 min heated conversation and them getting my card number again to refund my account monday .. the charge went through anyway and after i specifically said i wanted email verification of the refund they did not again send any email... This is a shady company do not do business with them..They said that because the product already shipped they couldn't refund my money WHICH ISNT MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I CALLED BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES!!!
