Did not cancel membership

I sent emails and messages on their chat requesting that I wanted my membership canceled. When I try to do it on the site that is the only page that does not work!! How is that? No one responded ever! Now money is still deducted from my account for a site I would never use! User's recommendation: Don't use this site!! Customer service is horrible!!!
