Did an online order but did not receive because store was closed

We placed an online order on Thursday, May 13 at 5:00 pm when we got to the Williston Vt store the lady working there was leaving and said they were closed because their manager walked out I explained that we had placed an order online, and she said sorry, but we are closed I would like my money back the order number was 203698**** User's recommendation: Don’t order from friendlys online.
