The most UN- professional business we have encountered. On January 14th we started a refinancing and were approved. The loan officer was a nice in the beginning but quickly became very UN- noticeable. We could never get in touch with him. We got our first packet in the mail, but there were changes that needed to be made. Then my husband could not get in touch with the loan officer. Now we call his boss and his boss tells us he will look into what is going on and get back to us. The boss never gets back in touch with us. Then we call customer service, and we explain what is going, and she deals with it, and finally the loan officer finally calls us back and is now finally working our loan. He finally on the 17th Feb tells us he will work on it and by the time we get back from overseas we should be good on the 27th. We come back. On the Monday following we call, and we find out that our loan is in suspend. We were livid. Come to find out that we had a dispute on our credit report that needed to be cleared but no one told us, so they just put it in suspends. Instead of asking us to clear up the dispute, once again no communication. So we told the loan officer we will clear the disputes with the bureaus which we did. He told us he would work with us and get with the underwriters when they can continue with the loan. No communication again. Loan passed the date of expiration and no loan. We called customer service. They said they would have upper level management contact us. NEVER HAPPENED. WENT TO THEIR FACEBOOK ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REACH OUT NEVER HAPPENED. And this is supposed to be customer service. The *** thing is my mortgage is still with them. I am very upset. Because I have been in retail all my life in upper level Corporate Management and I know better. I have NEVER been treated like this. I want people to know about this company.
