Rented a house through this agent with the understanding it would not be sold during my 1 year lease. After 6 months it went on the market. She not only reassured me I could break the lease if the house sold, she gave me her word that there would be no penalty if I found another place to move to before the end of the lease. She even went so far as to offer other rental listings for me to consider. In the End, the house did sell, I found another placed without her agency and was told I had to pay s $5000 penalty for breaking the lease. Diana Santamaria is a liar, lacks integrity, and cannot be trusted. She should have her license revoked.
