Went on cruise end of April & have traveled frequently with Royal. 25 th anniversary went to Diamonds International after being told how wonderful they are .purchased upgrade on my diamond & trade in. Given EGL certificate stating H-I . Had it appraised right after I got home with GIA . It’s a K . I am trying to get price reduction for 2 months. I am going to get attorney & sue. I think you would not recommend a company that cheats its customers Kathy Gilligan Very disatisfied customer
