Diamond fell out of ring

I have had my ring for less than 4 months and my diamond has already fallen out. I think one of the prongs is just loose, I have the diamond but I don’t feel like this should have happened so soon. Can I send the ring back and get it fixed for free. I don’t feel like this should have happened this early on like I said I’ve only had it for a few months and I would like for it to be fixed.
