Diamond fell off ring

I purchased this ring I believe in cash my birthday weekend on the 28th of June 2020. I am now missing a diamond I'm not worried my mom has purchased me many things from Pandora and up in age I've been purchasing things, so I know how good customer service usually is. I go in to the memorial location in Houston TX they tell me they can't find it under my name I don't know how I'm supposed to make sure someone is putting a purchase under my name or a walk-in they tell me that the location I purchased it at has a different system, so I have to contact them. So now l called the specific store I found out it was north park location in Dallas they can't find the transaction either, and they say they have the same system at this point I am beyond pissed this wasn't my slip up and I shouldn't have to suffer for it User's recommendation: Make sure you ask you they are putting your name in the system when you purchase things.
