Diamond driver needs support

I am a driver who has been calling support for 5 months attempting to find out when my background check will be completed. Everyone says that we are waiting for Mass. DPU to finish and send it back. But I contacted Mass. DPU and they stated that Uber has sent over application 9 times. All have been rejected for being incomplete. I also got email documentation from the Commonwealth of Mass. stated the same. I have sent it over to Uber twice already. Hope someone can help
