DG 335 guitar

I ordered a guitar Xuebin Bian who assured me many times he was building it. When it arrived on August 26 right away I knew it was made in your factory and not as he claimed. Are you aware he is doing this fraud? Do you care? He needs to refund my money and to be stopped from doing this in the future.
