Dexcom is Killing My Wife

So my wife has been in need of new sensors and called Wednesday 06/05/19 to see where her sensor order is and she was told that they're doing "insurance verifications", this is the same garbage she's been told EVERY SINGLE TIME, she's been in need of new sensors. In addition, each time she'd been told that "an emergency sensor is being shipped to you and you'll have it within 48 hours." Each time, 48 hours passed and guess what?! No, sensor. Then when she'd call back, she'd be treated so rudely when she'd asked to speak with a supervisor, she was actually told, "Well, my supervisor can't do anything more than I can do." Her response was, "Thank you, please let me speak with your supervisor." She was subsequently put on hold and while on hold she called from another line in our home and got someone on the phone on the second line before anyone got on the phone on the first. How unprofessional and rude. This is people's health they're playing with, maybe they should fire everyone who isn't T1D and hire only diabetics and because they know how important it is to have they're supplies, they'll be both understanding and sensitive to another diabetic's needs.
