Dear concern, I would like to inform you that I have received my mobile 22 Jan 2018 but his speaker voice is not good and same is not replace/repair. Voice is so bad. Need to recheck and assist me on top most priority. But I have received reply from your side that re pick and drop facility is available as per policy terms and conditions.
