I’ve been a member of Netflix for several years, 2 dvds out at a time. My most recent mail arrival only had 1 dvd but going to my account, the other dvd was scheduled to arrive the next day (a Saturday). Well, it did not arrive and I called the customer support number. I’ve been a member for a minimum of 6 years. I’m sure I’ve called on a weekend, in the past, when I’ve had a previous issue. I called the Customer Support number and I get a recording that says dvd.com has only business hours Monday through Friday. Nobody answer the listed CS support number on the weekend. How ridiculous is that? Getting another CS number from YouTube, I did get in touch with a live person and explained what my issue was. Her solution? Call the CS number that just told me that there is no CS on weekends. I told her that she didn’t give me any new information and that I already tried that number. She simply repeated the same “solution”. I said it’s ridiculous that a company such as Netflix doesn’t have dvd support on the weekend.
