I hae had on ongoing case with Travelers and due to delays and denials of services, I have lost bones and suffered unnecisarily for over 5 years. they have been ordered twice to send me for an orthopedic eval since April of 2018 and yet I can not be seen until the adjuster sends the medical records! I have also gone *** trying to get medications and ended up in the ER more than once. enough is enough! we need to unite and start a class action and get them investigated!
