Original review posted by user Nov 05, 2018 from 6/18-9/11/18 stayed at a red roof inn motel. used a debit card 2 times and several different cards over a period of 3 months. all cards were charged for the same days every day. I,m 70. in a wheelchair. no receipt given. 6 times requested statements. never received. police are waiting. got late night phone call from rude indian male saying card has to be swiped in order to charge. this is a lie. its called identity theft. motel owners also indian. still no statements lost most in a move. my own bank has returned cash back to my account. citicard wrote to me, said I had 5 days to prove merchant was wrong. so they put disputed charges back on my card. these people are outsourcing American jobs to a bunch of thieves. why should citi care about us? I hate Trump, but I,m rethinking the immigration thing. why should I care about them or citi cards?
