Just purchased this product May of 2019. The product bulb shattered on me. Luckily it was not on my face at the time. Called the company to have it fixed or replaced. They said they would replace it for a cheaper model not the model I purchased(derma wand pro). Had several customer service representatives hang up the phone on me and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they are not available. This company will not get away with treating customers like this. I will make sure I get the product I purchased and I will go higher up and make this company aware of how awful these representatives treat there customers. This company is a scam!!!
