I'll summarize by Mr. Kaiser's statement: The less patient care we give, the higher the profit. And yet they call themselves non-profit? I can attest to the lack of patient care, utterly over-the-top referrals. Referrals to wrong departmant. Inconvienent appointment times are part of the plan, as are stalled appointments. ( sometimes they dont have to pay as much when the patient is dead)
