Deposited Funds into wrong account

Contacted them for 3 days in a row always told ot would be in the next day.. Finally advised.that.it was placed into a Bank of Montreal acct when the information on my application form was a CIBC acct.. Passed around by 10 different reps until i asked to speak to a manager (Doug). They couldnt/wouldnt help me to satisfaction.. After.the conversation with Doug the lime was still open and i could hear all of their conversation with other people/client - breach of client privacy..
