Deny Package Returned

Cancelled membership But next month got email that order was on way. Went back to account and cancelled again. Also called company, she said too late to cancel. Delivery was refused. Credit card billed so called Nerium. Deny receiving. Post Office printed out tracking, showing it was returned. Company still denies.
