Good Day, My entire family has been patients of Great Expression for over 20 years. We recently moved to Palm Bay, Florida, about a year ago due to a promotion to be principal of an elementary school and wanted to keep things as consistent a possible. Since we have always received excellent customer service in Miami, we anticipated the same service in Palm Bay. I just called the Palm Bay office to make an appointment and was told that my entire family had been released from the office due to a conflict with the Doctor. I'm appalled for one being release from a prestigious corporation for something as minor is me telling the Doctor that I don’t think it professional to start on one patient and stop in the middle to go take care of another one and come back and finish. As a professional myself, I am always willing to take feedback to grow and to understand the clients I service. Had I knew that would have a negative impact on my dental service, I wouldn’t have even mentioned it. After I explain to the Doctor my opinion, he explains to me why the assistant needed to go back and forth. I did not disagree or even rebottle, just listen. I completely astonished that in this Day and age, we aren’t able to communicate effectively without someone taking it personally. I’m not in agreement, with my entire family being released from Great Expression after over 20 years of service.
