Denied service because I don’t own a car

I live 3 blocks from your establishment on S. Belt Hwy in St. Joseph, MO and got very rudely told I wasn't to be waited on by management because their dine in is closed due to covid. I don't understand how a pollution causing vehicle sitting at the drive thru pumping in exhaust as the drive up window is open while being a foot and a half away passing money and food items out is safe, but someone walking thru the drive thru can't order donuts even with a mask in place. I understand employees following policy, but to be unnecessarily and intentionally embarrassed because I can't drive due to a disability is appalling. I had to walk the three blocks back to tell the family I can't get you any Sunday donuts. Something has to be accommodated. If policy won't change from taking walk up orders, it shouldn't be a big deal to have a delivery service to deliver my donuts free of charge. Should be dunkin donuts personally based on that experience rather than an outsourced delivery service. I would ask that this is rectified before all the fresh donuts are gone this morning or I won't be frequenting any of your establishments ever again. Thank you for your time.
