This company is full of *** I have never had chest pain treatment by my PCP and the cause of my heart attack or MI is spasm and hematoma [Rare condition of MI] on the arterial wall and blocked the Left Anterior Descending or they call it the Widow Maker. I have to go and transported to the HOSPITAL ER to get treatment for chest pain and found out that I’m having a Myocardial Infraction. This company is jerking you out of your money. Glad to be alive and inturn..denied by being alive.
