I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the customer service and support provided by HomeServUSA. We had water damage in our basement and it appears to be the result of a cracked pipe. The repair person used a camera to identify the crack and what he believed was the reason for the continuous water draining into our basement. No communication was received from HomeServ or the contractor until we called weeks later. We were told the claim was denied. In following-up to understand why, we have received numerous different reasons. All that comes across is that HomeServ and the contractor will not perform the work to complete the repair. No written documentation was provided and half-baked answers is all that is provided. User's recommendation: Do not waste your money for “insurance” as HomeServ acts like a true insurance company denying claims and making up reasons for repairs to be non-covered.
