Denied a credit for later cruse when cruse was canceled.

Purchased on 3/12 and rccl canceled cruse due to virus. Called to get a future credit not even a refund and was denied. Our cruse wasn't due to leave until 4/9/2020,was told only had one week from day I bought insurance to cancel, not a reasonable amount of time. Do not buy trip insurance from this company !!!
