Kemper insurance agent stopped collecting policy payments at a nursing home for my incapacitated relative and declared the policy void. The stated reason was that the collection from an invalid patient wasn't in writing although the agent had not only agreed to and accepted prior payments at the facility. Hope this isn't their standard practice. User's recommendation: would not buy a policy for my dog from a Kemper agent. Gave one star ratings, would give less if possible.
