Demeaning treatment of the Bosch Technician

We have been fans of Bosch forever and are on our 3rd dishwasher (which was installed 2 weeks ago). Almost immediately after the installation, we started noticing some concerns. After consulting with the store where we bought it, they decided to send out a Bosch technician. From the minute the gentleman walked in the door he had what I call an "attitude". He was ruse and condescending. I even said to him..."I don't like the way you are talking to me and treating me. You are being very disrespectful". At least 3 times he had me in tears in front of him. He refused to listen to my concerns, stating that I was the problem (even though one of the issues actually happened in front of him). He started walking out with the dishwater full of water. When I asked if he could show me how to empty it, his answer was "figure it out yourself" and then proceeded to walk out the door. He later sent in his report, of which I received a copy, and actually falsified his report back to his supervisor stating "the client has anger management issues and was slamming the door so hard that pieces were flying out" (an impossibility if you really think about it). I have never in my entire life (I am 66) been so disrespected by anyone..in MY OWN HOME! User's recommendation: I do NOT recommedn Bosch technicians.
