Customer gets sick before take off, takes over a hour to remove him ,adding more fuel, making all miss connecting flights, they rebooked, my case the next day, Unacceptable, no one with delta cares, I ended up renting a car and driving 3 hours to make a funeral. NEVER use Delta, your treated like a delayed piece of mail User's recommendation: NEVER.
