1/2/17- 3:30 pm. I would like to file a complaint against Bill who works at Detroit Metro Airport in Delta Dash Cargo. I was expecting a shipment from my brother-in-law, who has formerly worked at Delta Cargo. It was quite a heavy shipment weighing about 60 pounds. I was unable to lift the box by myself and asked if there was anyone who could help me. He rudely told me that there is "absolutely NO way" he would come help me place my shipment in the vehicle and that I needed to get a different cart from the airport to transport it to my car. His attitude was absolutely terrible- he was so incredibly rude with his tone of voice, treating me like I was a child which I did not appreciate. My brother-in-law told me I would be able to pull up and they could place the shipment in the car for me no problem at all as I have done several times at other Delta Cargo locations. At Detroit Metro Airport in Delta Dash Cargo, I was told I needed to park in long-term parking to get my shipment (let me remind you that it was approximately 6 degrees outside.) I told him that I must refuse the shipment because I am unable to lift it on my own. He then proceeded to tell me that he could "ask the guard if I could pull up" so that I did not have the lug the box by myself to the car. The guard said that was fine. When I pulled my car up, he rudely said, "you are going to need to help me lift this, I'm not doing it on my own." The negative attitude was unnecessary and so disrespectful. People like Bill should not be working in customer service and I hope you take this compliant seriously. I have had a terrible experience and I do not ever want to come back to Delta Dash Cargo. Laura
